So we have phrases like "an additive" instead of "addictive" or "wait" instead of "weight."Chapters or sections are mixed up, such that the book says "In the next section, we will talk about cravings," but it instead goes on to talk about 24-hour fasting. Another place says we will look at tips to help you get through your fast, but instead gives recipes.I got the book for free on my Kindle, and even if it is free, you're probably better off reading free (and well-written) articles on the Internet.

Great to-the-point book. This book has a lot of citations and references from other books that have been condensed into one quick easy to read book on the basics of intermittent fasting. I like that I was able to quickly get what I needed from it. I've started reading some of the books that were referenced, but I was able to quickly start intermittent fasting thanks to this book.
