Shame of me for not noticing this book is only 77 pages and it turned out maybe 60 pages of content. Despite that I was hoping it would be like a quick reference guide but instead it reads like an overly long blog filled with generic common sense tips. The author occasionally rents out her whole house that's located in one of the most expensive cities in the US and thus her claim at being an expert. There's no instruction here; only basic advice based on her limited experience. For example, she glosses over any other type of rental (partial house, room, etc) only mentioning that it can be done, there's generic advice on legal or financials (e.g. save receipts), and nothing about the logistics of the website or application itself. Save your money - there's better information available online.
This author has done a solid job of organizing a great deal of information into a comprehensive easy-to-read guide. If you do not have such a property, you will not get the same lucrative rates she brags about, but you will go through all the same hassles.
