This book is great for people who have little to no technical experience.If you are tech savvy or pick up software easily, there is no reason to buy this book.This book only covers a few topics - creating an image with scheduling, restoring the image, and a few troubleshooting tips.I bought it because I expected it to be a book on all features of Macrium Reflect.This software has a lot of features and a huge user guide in their knowledge base.I was looking for a book that put it all together ... I guess my only option for that is to download the user guide in pdf format (which you can do for free).Another downside is the current version is 7 ... not a huge deal because it works basically the same, but there are some differences.For $25 I expected a book with all of the features described, not just the minimum features needed to use the program for image backups.
Simply a concisely written book sparingly simple enough to understand and to fully use Macrium Reflect back up software program .For a old crusty senior citizen as myself, who really appreciates simplicity dealing with the complex world of personal computers at provides me just the right amount of information and education to totally complete an image backup and associated files without the loss of temper in the process. I know some folks might think and may even suggest that there has to be more to this to make it a complete volume of instruction but I totally beg to differ with you. This works, it's simple, a quick read, and definitely well worth the money.

I highly recommend this book and Macrium Reflect.

Leo saves us a lot of time by specifying the exact steps for the different tasks. He also gives his recommendations. I've ended up doing it a little differently than he does, but having his discussion and steps made the transition easy.
